讲座题目：The Moderating Effect of the Home Country on the Relationship between Internationalization and Innovation Performance

讲座摘要：The existing literature presents divergent views on how firms’ internationalization affects their innovation performance. Empirical findings on this relationship remain conflicting and inconclusive. Moreover, limited attention has been given to the role of the home country in shaping the relationship between internationalization and innovation performance. To address this gap, this study conducts a meta-analysis of prior research on firms’ internationalization and innovation performance, with particular emphasis on the home country effect (HCE). Drawing on the strategy tripod perspective, we examine how HCEs interact with firms’ internationalization to influence innovation performance through their impact on firms’ knowledge absorption processes. The results show that internationalization has an overall positive effect on firms’ innovation performance. Furthermore, HCEs exert heterogeneous moderating influences on this relationship.

主讲嘉宾介绍：蒋晨辉，深圳市人力资源和社会保障局博士后研究员、深圳大学博士后研究员、深圳市人才研究协会研究员。2024年获得英国利兹大学经济学博士学位。主要研究领域为新兴国家企业国际化、中国企业跨国并购、技术创新以及人才公共政策与人才发展指数研究。研究论文多次入选Academy of International Business（AIB），The Chinese Economic Association（CEA）等国际学术会议。
